Seaweed soup

Here is a very simple healthy seaweed soup recipe.

Serves: 2
Prep: 5 mins
Cooking: 1 min

Ingredients

  • 2 finely chopped dried seaweed sheets
  • 1 finely chopped spring onion
  • 1 vegetable cube stock
  • 1 tbs sesame oil

Method

  1. Add all ingredients into a soup bowl.
  2. Add hot water to the bowl.
  3. Season with pepper to serve.

What is Dropbox?

Dropbox is a simple online storage service, which allows you to access your files from anywhere (its available on Windows, Mac, Linux and iPhone). The beauty of this is also to allow you to share files with others. And it offers 2GB of storage for FREE!

In this tutorial, I will show you how to install and use Dropbox in Mac OS X.

Installing Dropbox

  1. Go to https://www.dropbox.com/ and download Dropbox.

  2. Save the file on your desktop.

  3. Drag the Dropbox icon into your Applications folder.

  4. Double click the Dropbox icon in your Applications folder to start it up.

Creating a new account

  1. Open Dropbox application on your Mac.
  2. Choose “I don’t have a Dropbox account” and click “Next”. If you already have a Dropbox account, then choose “I already have a Dropbox account” and enter your email and password. It will auto-sync your folders.

  3. Enter your name, email and password, then click “Continue”.

  4. That’s it! You can click “Continue” to view a feature tour or click “Skip tour and finish” to complete the installation.

  5. Click “Finish” to start using Dropbox.

Using Dropbox in Mac OS X

Once the installation is complete, you will see a “Dropbox” folder inside your home folder.

  1. On opening the Dropbox folder, you will find a list of files. If a blue sync icon shows on the files, it means that the synchronisation is in process. If a green tick icon shows on the files, it means that they are synchronised.

  2. If you’d like to add files to Dropbox, simply drag your files into your “Dropbox” folder.

  3. After your new files have been synchronised, you will see a green tick icon changed from blue sync icon.
  4. That’s it, you can add more and more into Dropbox.
